Graduation Photo Sessions
Book in Advance! Save yourself the stress and possible extra money.
From my expierience Spring, Summer, and Fall are the "BUSY SEASON" for graduation photos. Once school gets close to getting out the dates start booking like crazy. My schedule goes from managable to shooting almost every night. Getting the last minute bookings in is not only hard to do. it's nearly impossible! I will always try to fit you into the schedule, however I HIGHLY reccomend that you book in advance to save yourself the stress and possible extra fee for last minute requests.
Take all things in to consideration.
-Bad hair cut?
If you plan to get your hair colored, hair cut, eyebrows waxed, eyelash extensions, spray tan, or anything you may not end up liking I suggest you do it in a time frame that you can fix before you get your photos taken.
-Your rushed (or late). Did you plan your photos on a day that has something else going on that you need to get to? Perhaps it's your fathers birthday, or maybe you are leaving for hunting camp. Whatever the situation is you will get the most from your sessiosn with me if you are not rushed to leave or late to arrive.
*Remeber your session times starts at a certain time, please do not be late.
-Hate the cold/hot weather? Schedule your photo shoot in the weather you feel most comfotable in! Don't want to sweat, July probably ins't for you! Get cold easy? October is pushing it!
The Yearbook Deadline that you have no idea about.
Thats right, not only do you have to schedule your senior photos but you also have a yearbook deadline! Typically the deadline is in the very early months of school starting back up. I always tell my grads and parents to first focus on the yearbook photo they want to submit and second decide on the photos they would like for purchase.
Once you have chosen your yearbook image I will personally email it to the school.
Deposits and contracts. The things that lock it all in.
The majority of parents and students that contact me ask the same question," What do I do to lock in the date we chose?" It's very simple, there is a 50$ deposit that is required to lock your date. Once you put your deposit down your date is secure. Your deposit is non-refundable if you decide to pick another date, reschedule, or cancel. Emergiencies include- sickness, death, weather, ect. (I know those are some serious situations , however my schedule is so busy this time of year only true emergiencies are permittable for reschduling.)
Your contract goes over what we will be doing and what you get from the shoot. This contract needs to be signed by a Parent or Gaurdian, or if the studet is 18 years old or older.
