School Picture day is a BIG deal! We are here to make sure that your photos are the best that they can be!

PARENTS: Here are a few things to know when you  order your photos with 3 Months Sun Photography~ We as a small business try to accommodate ALL situations that arise. Please keep in mind ~we ARE a small business~

• Photos are delivered back to the event host once the packages are completed. The host will pass out the photo packages to the students.
• Online ordering is something we are currently not offering. We provide paper order forms to the event hosts which be passed out to parents and students. If you  did not receive one you can get one at picture day from the table and fill it out. *If you are unable to swing by and fill one out we will fill one out for your child and make sure to get the photo captured (with permission from the event host of course). You can call in a late order by calling 218-999-9614!  There may be a small 2$ finders fee added to your total for any late orders.
• If you happen to find there is something missing from your order please call 218-999-9614 with in 2 weeks of receiving your order so we can get it corrected for you!
• Retakes can be scheduled by calling 218-999-9614.  This must be done within a 2 week window of receiving your photos. Your retakes will be scheduled to be done at the downtown studio location with in the week week of Monday - Friday and between 10-5pm. What would be considered acceptable for retakes?

1. Technical issues
2. Lab error
3. Print problems

       What would not be considered acceptable for retakes?

1. Blemishes, messy hair, messy faces, spots on clothing. (We offer a TOUCH UP service which can be found on your order form that can help avoid all of the things plus more!) As photographers we are only allowed to do so much when it comes to clean up and hair brushing. If there is a teacher/coach/ or parent helper we will always ask for a second hand to correct these situations on site, however at times we may not have the additional hands to do so.
2. Smiles that the students refuse to give. We do our very best to make sure that each student photographed has the time to find their comfort zone and relax a bit. This seems to work 99% of the time however there are times when kids simply refuse to smile. It becomes very clear when a student does not 'want' to smile vs. a student who is 'too scared' to smile.
   This situation will vary for acceptance depending on the situation.

        What is needed from you to get your retakes done: We require you to return your package in FULL and undamaged at the time of your retake.  We require YOU as the parent to attend the retake session so we can make sure you leave happy! You approve the image before you leave!
